Ronan Hynes, Partner in the Litigation Dispute Resolution Department of Sellors LLP has represented a private individual who has recovered settlement damages in the sum of €575,000 for professional negligence involving a commercial contract dispute.  The case involved certification by a professional which fell below the reasonable standard of care as would be expected by professionals in his field and the case was settled without the need for trial during without prejudice settlement negotiations.
